David Simmons is a dedicated real estate and estate planning attorney with over 8 years of legal experience helping clients navigate some of life's most important decisions. Whether it's buying or selling a home, or closing on a complex real estate transaction, David provides knowledgeable, down-to-earth legal guidance every step of the way.

A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, David went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga School of Law and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2017. After he was admitted to the North Carolina Bar, he joined The Pendleton Law Firm where he has been practicing ever since.

As a real estate attorney, David advises clients on a wide range of matters, including residential and commercial real estate closings, contract review, and deed preparation. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, a seller, or seasoned investor, David provides practical guidance with a straightforward approach to help clients move through the closing process.
